It is imperative to substantiate that all individuals within your database have expressly opted in to receive information from you. Under no circumstances should personal information be bought, sold, rented, or exchanged.
You are required to maintain and enforce a published privacy policy that safeguards the personal information of your customers and leads. This policy must be at least as stringent as ours and compliant with Spanish law.
You acknowledge sole responsibility for all content transmitted from your account on Siffinity. Exercise vigilance in identifying and rectifying any suspicious activity.
In instances where we deem your actions to be spam-like or inappropriate, or if such behavior is observed on your behalf, we reserve the right to terminate your account without prior notice or recourse.
To comply with Spanish regulations, all email communications must include an opt-out link as mandated by the CAN-SPAM Act. Additionally, your physical address must be accurately provided within the interface. Maintaining a spam report rate of less than 0.1% is imperative; failure to do so may result in account suspension.
Complaints from your clientele or third parties will prompt notification via email, followed by an investigation. A fee of €250 per instance may be charged for investigation purposes. Valid complaints may result in temporary or permanent account suspension until satisfactory resolution is achieved.
We reserve the right to restrict or deny service to customers who exploit features incurring additional costs for Siffinity.
We assert no intellectual property rights over materials uploaded to or marketed via Siffinity, except where specified for guest bloggers.
Customer and affiliate information collected is treated with utmost confidentiality and is not shared with third parties, except for specified data processing vendors.
While you retain ownership of your data, the content, design, and graphics pertaining to Siffinity are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Translation of Siffinity's website text into languages other than English is permissible with prior approval. However, ownership of original and translated text remains with Siffinity.
Selected guest bloggers agree to the following terms:
Billing for Siffinity is conducted in advance, with monthly plans billed every 30 days and annual plans billed every 360 days, all in Euros.
Text message fees are billed every 30 days for the preceding period. Overages are automatically provisioned and charged.
Users are responsible for maintaining up-to-date billing information. Failure to settle outstanding charges may result in account suspension or permanent deletion.
Price adjustments may occur as necessary. Only one affiliate offer may be applied per account, with taxes applied as required.
Siffinity disclaims responsibility for external websites, necessitating review of their terms and conditions. Compliance with the Acceptable Use Policy of payment gateways, such as PayPal, is imperative.
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Siffinity, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
